(taken after I'd left 7th Avenue on my way to Lower east Side,
a little street somewhere around Greenwich Village/Soho**)
**it turned out to be a mild day so I'd taken my (Unbroken Smiths
Meat Is Murder homage) hoodie off. but I spilt pumpkin spice latte
down my white t shirt (yeah, I know - so.cool.) so had to spend the
day with the hoodie back on zipped up. otherwise it'd be 'hi I do a
style feature on my blog ... coffee stain on full display. I told Robin
about this ... she laughed!! ... even after washing it there is still a
faint mark on the t shirt ... I kind of like that I know which is the
exact t shirt that I was wearing that day ... my first proper day
wandering around new york.
shirt: my little brothers!
skirt: American Apparel and ... I shoplifted it (laughs)
jacket: a goodwill in Alabama
boots: I found them outside somebody's apartment ... and I stole
them!!
style inspiration: I think today I thought it was going to be fucking cold,
so I wanted to wear as much as I could. I was like, what is going to match
with this coat ... so I wore all black and then I wore the coat
last song you listened to: The Rolling Stones - Laugh I Nearly Died
last album you bought: I don't really buy albums. it's mostly just the
songs ... I guess The Marvelettes greatest hits or something (Here is
a Marvelettes song)
last gig you saw: I saw my friend's band. it was really bad - so probably
not that one! I saw Phish recently, that was good, in Maryland, Baltimore
